This limited edition will also make a unique gift,
a great "coffee table" book and rare keepsake.
Ken has totally donated all of his time in this project
and all profits will be used to support band endeavours.
The price is $50, and a tax receipt for a
$20 donation will be given if requested.
The official book was launched
on the Wednesday July 20th concert in 2011
and Ken was available that night to sign books.
